Programs and Opportunities Programs and projects sponsored by ACCWP: - Community Stewardship Grants Program: ACCWP offers grants of up to $4,000 to residents, community or school groups for educational or creek restoration projects. Community Stewardship Grants for Fiscal Year 2008/2009.
- The Storm Drain Rangers Program is designed to educate students in Alameda County from grades 3-5 to reduce storm water pollution. Students learn through hands-on investigations about watersheds, bay-creek-ocean connections, urban runoff pollution and storm water pollution prevention
- The Watershed Project for teachers include: Kids in Creeks, Kids in Marshes, Kids in Gardens, and Watching Our Watersheds.
- Watershed Adventures is a watershed education program offered to fourth grade classes throughout Alameda County.
- 'H20 Yeah!' is an innovative blend of water education and variety entertainment incorporating juggling, physical comedy, magic and audience interaction to promote awareness of water as a precious natural resource.
- Caterpillar Puppets is an educational and entertaining puppet show for 1st to 3rd grade classes.
